Our client requested a generic calculation package to analyze an aerial traveling camera system to be used in various indoor and outdoor venues. The purpose of the calculation is to analyze the system components for the expected static and dynamic loads. Support reactions are also to be determined.


The elements of the camera system were individually analyzed, including determination of the maximum line force, with the goal of limiting the forces the camera will impart onto any existing structure. Typical structural supports were analyzed for the worst case system loads.
